Building Homes.

Building Friendships.

Building Legacy.

Holliday Homes was born in 2003 over an old house in downtown Davidson that needed love, vision, and a lot of work. Bill and Holly Worsley took on that renovation project and discovered something: they loved the process of creating a forever home. Sixteen years later, in 2019, Holliday Homes officially launched—and the rest is history.

How We Got Here

Bill & Holly Worsley

Bill Worsley brings a unique blend of finance, construction, and real estate development experience to every project. After co-founding Blue-Heel Development, he realized his true passion lay in designing beautiful custom homes and navigating the unique rules and ordinances of downtown Davidson's infill lots.

But Holliday Homes is about more than building houses. It's about finishing strong in the place Bill and Holly have called home for over 25 years—the heart of downtown Davidson, where they've raised four kids, built lifelong friendships with neighbors, and served their community through local church and Christian boards.

What started as building beautiful homes has evolved into something deeper: building relationships.

Today, we run into our clients at church, at the grocery store, on Main Street—because the people we build for become the people we do life with.

Our Philosophy

01

Thoughtful Planning

Great homes start with great design. We invest time on the front end to understand your needs, explore creative solutions, and plan every detail before we break ground.

02

Quality Without Compromise

We use only the best materials and the most trusted construction processes. Every home we build is designed to stand the test of time—because your legacy matters.

03

Communication & Transparency

Clear, consistent communication makes all the difference. That’s why we keep you informed every step of the way—with daily updates, weekly calls, and real-time access to your build through Buildertrend. You’ll always know exactly where things stand and what’s coming next.

Where We're
Going

For years to come, success for us means continuing to build high-quality homes our clients truly love—homes where memories are made for generations. It means cultivating lasting relationships that extend well beyond move-in day. And it means adding meaningful value to the lives of families and to the Lake Norman community we’re proud to call home.
