Our Story
Holliday Homes was born in 2003 over an old house in downtown Davidson that needed love, vision, and a lot of work. Bill and Holly Worsley took on that renovation project and discovered something: they loved the process of creating a forever home.
Sixteen years later, in 2019, Holliday Homes officially launched—and the rest is history.
Shaping Homes Around Your Vision
We don't just build homes, we build relationships. When you close on a Holliday Home, you're not just a past client. You're part of our community. We want you to love your home for decades to come, and we'll be here to support that.
