Enter into Pre-Construction Agreement with scope of work outlined.
Lot Purchase Agreement, with Holliday Homes as executive builder on the lot.
Architectural Design Phase

Work with the Holliday Homes team to finalize
architectural plans.
Preliminary estimates begin based on preliminary architectural plans.
Holliday Homes develops final specifications and engineering plans, working towards final budget and allowances.
Pre-Construction & Selection Phase

Architectural plans are finalized and the final detailed budget is completed.
Budget review and signing the Construction Contract with Holliday Homes.
Holliday Homes obtains permits, insurance, etc. for your home build.
Begin finalizing design selections with our in-house Design Team.
Construction Phase

Architectural plans are finalized and the final detailed budget is completed.
Budget review and signing the Construction Contract with Holliday Homes.
Holliday Homes obtains permits, insurance, etc. for your home build.
Begin finalizing design selections with our in-house Design Team.
Warranty Phase

30-Day Check-In to address any warranty issues that
require immediate attention.
11-Month Warranty Walk-Through to identify and address remaining warranty related issues, including any warranty items associated with finish & paint.
2-10 Warranty Coverage Period begins at your 2nd year-mark in the home.
