Bill Worsley, owner of Holliday Homes, sat down with host Jeff Hamm on Episode 423 of The Best of LKN. Mike Feehley of Ivester Jackson | Christie's International Real Estate returned as a guest. They covered two of the most anticipated projects around Lake Norman: the Estate at Davidson Farms and Summit Farms.

What's coming to Summit Farms. Summit Farms will have 58 homesites, plus a coffee roastery and tasting room, a bakery, and a working farm.

Advice for anyone planning a custom home. Bring your builder in early, and "build the house on paper" before you break ground. That includes decisions most people put off, like picking out your mirrors sooner than you'd expect.
