We're excited to share some big news—Holliday Homes is coming to The Preserve at Summit Farms, one of the most anticipated new luxury communities in the Lake Norman area.

As one of just five builders selected for the community's exclusive Builder Guild, we're honored to be a part of this incredible new neighborhood. Holliday Homes has partnered with local architect Nicole Perri to create two featured home plans available for buyers at The Preserve at Summit Farms. Designed with timeless architecture and modern living in mind, these plans offer thoughtfully considered spaces, beautiful outdoor connections, and the flexibility to create a custom home that fits your lifestyle.

The first plan, Patina Pond, offers 4,200 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a bonus room, and a library. The second plan, Weathered Wood, features 5,300 square feet of living space with a main-level primary suite, four total bedrooms, an office, a bonus room, and six bathrooms. Both plans include detached two-car garages connected to the main residence by a covered breezeway, covered rear patios designed for outdoor living, and space to add a pool—creating the perfect setting for everyday living and entertaining.
