Davidson Springs started with an empty lot along South Street in Davidson and a simple idea: create a neighborhood that feels like it has always belonged.
Today, that lot has become a charming collection of six white brick cottages that blend seamlessly into the character of Old Davidson while offering the comfort, functionality, and craftsmanship of modern custom homes.
Building for a Unique Location
Developing in downtown Davidson comes with a unique opportunity—and a unique challenge. Land is limited, lot sizes are smaller, and homeowners want to enjoy walkability without sacrificing space.
For Davidson Springs, our team worked with local architect Nicole Perri to design custom floor plans specifically for infill village lots. Every square foot was thoughtfully planned to maximize livability while maintaining the timeless architectural character that makes Davidson so special.
The result is a boutique neighborhood just steps from Main Street, local shops, restaurants, and Davidson College.
